• Reservation fee is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to rental.
• Capacity in each party room is strictly enforced. Swimmers, and non-swimmers both count towards capacity.

Party Room Guidelines

• Party Room rental includes use of the party room for 90 minutes and access to the aquatics area for the duration of regularly scheduled open swim.
• Party room rental includes admission for 30 individuals (TWRC) or 20 individuals (CRC) total (swimmers + non-swimmers). Discounts are not available for smaller group sizes.
• Upon check-in the day of the rental, wristbands will be issued to the individual completing this request form. It is this individual’s responsibility to distribute wristbands to all guests attending the party. All individuals attending the party, regardless of age or intent to swim, must be wearing a wristband. Again the capacity within the party room will be strictly enforced.
• You are welcome to decorate tables and have balloons; however do not affix anything to the walls, windows, or ceiling. Decorations such as glitter, confetti, piñatas, or open flame candles are not allowed along with popcorn and gum. All decorations, including balloons, are not allowed on the pool deck.
• Please keep the service and consumption of food and beverages within the party room only.
• As the reservation holder you must be present at the facility during the rental.
• You are only permitted to use the room during your reserved time. Rooms will not be made available before the scheduled start time. Guests staying in their room past the scheduled reservation time may be charged an additional fee and will be asked to leave.
• No outside tables or chairs are permitted.
• You are responsible for the room’s condition. If it is left excessively dirty, with unauthorized decorations, or damaged, a $50.00 cleaning/repair fee may be assessed. Please check with staff before leaving to confirm the condition of the room is acceptable.
• Please plan on supplying your own party supplies (plates, cups, napkins etc.).
• Smoking is only permitted outside, 25 feet or further from the facility, as indicated by signage.
• Alcohol is not permitted in the party room.
• Recreation Staff are responsible for opening and securing the facility, being visible and helpful for all reasonable questions and accommodations. Custodians and/or Recreation Center Staff are not available for the exclusive use of any rental group.
• The City of Thornton and Trail Winds Recreation Center / Carpenter Recreation Center are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your rental.
• Unusual rowdiness or physical/verbal abuse to a staff member, patron, or City property may result in the immediate termination of your event.

All rentals are subject to availability. Submitting this form does not finalize your rental. Staff will contact you within 48 hours to review and confirm your reservation.
